Welcome to Green Acres App , your trusted partner for professional garden and pool maintenance services. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our mobile application (“App”) or engaging with our services.
By downloading, accessing, or using our App and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use our services.
1. Definitions
“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Green Acre Services, the operator of this mobile application. “User”, “You”, “Customer” refers to any individual or entity that uses the App to book or manage services. “Service Provider” refers to the gardeners, pool technicians, and staff assigned to perform the services.
2. Scope of Services
Our App allows users to book, schedule, and manage residential or commercial swimming pool cleaning/maintenance services on-demand or through recurring plans.garden maintenance and
Services may include: Lawn mowing, pruning, planting, seasonal cleanup. Pool cleaning, water quality check, filter and pump maintenance. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for combined garden and pool care.
3. User Obligations
By using the App, you agree to: Provide accurate, complete, and updated information. Maintain cleanliness and access to the property at the scheduled time. Treat our staff with respect and provide a safe working environment. Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
4. Booking and Payment
Bookings can be made through the App via one-time or subscription-based plans. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways integrated within the App. All fees are displayed clearly before confirmation. VAT or applicable taxes will be added. Upon payment, you will receive a confirmation and subsequent service appointment details via email and app notification.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule appointments via the App up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 12 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. In case of weather delays or operational issues, we will contact you to reschedule at the earliest convenience.
6. Service Guarantee and Feedback
We strive for high service standards. If you are dissatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours for a re-service or credit (as applicable). Users are encouraged to rate and review service providers post-visit to help us improve quality.
7. Limitations and Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property, plants, or equipment. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the disputed service. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (force majeure).
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, branding, and technology used in the App are owned by or licensed to us. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without prior written consent.
9. Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if: You violate these Terms. Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity. Refuse to pay or misuse services.
10. Data Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Personal data is collected, used, and stored as outlined in our Privacy Policy, in compliance with UAE Data Protection Laws.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the amicable negotiation, failing which it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be resolved through Dubai Courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes. We recommend checking this page periodically.
